Friday Artistic Challenge (Treasure Hunt)

 Today we followed a different schedule of activities. We explored the town of Villafranca for different clues, at the statue of the father who wasn´t a father, swimming in the river where fish can´t swim, building a boat and walking in the footsteps of Ramón and Cajal














There were some minor mishaps on the way, but the kids had fun and it wasn´t too hot yet.

Then it was time for Slip´n Slide and the great pool challenge.

Tuesday July 6 - Topic of the Day: Balance and Juggling!

  Good evening to the families of our students!   Today we followed a schedule that is very similar to yesterday’s, but this morning our students had their first language and culture classes with their Team Leaders. The Team Leaders taught their students about topics that interest them as a way to teach English.   Today’s topic was Balance and Juggling. Our students made their own juggling balls from rice and balloons. They also used other materials that they made on their own or that were provided by Garci. Each team created their own circus performance using what they made as part of our daily challenge. Ultimately, Andrea’s Avatars were the winners of the challenge today!  Students continued with the same mandatory and elective workshops as yesterday. Final Performance, Saturday, July 17th

 After showing the parents around the school, classrooms and eco-village, we finally headed to the Final Performance.
